HW: A permanently disabled
person who is not ambulatory over natural terrain without a prosthesis or assistive
device.
HH: A permanently disabled
person who is unable to hold or shoot a firearm.
HV: A person who is totally
blind or whose central visual acuity does not exceed 20/200 in the better eye with
corrective lenses, or the widest diameter of the visual field is no greater than 20
degrees.

A free Disability Food
Fish/Game Fish/Shellfish/Seaweed License is available to persons who are physically
handicapped and confined to a wheelchair, blind, resident persons with a developmental
disability, and qualified disabled veterans. A signed application is required and may be
obtained by writing to WDFW or calling (360) 902-2464.
