Hunt From A Standing Vehicle
Application And Disability Permit

PERMIT CONDITIONS

  • Permittee must comply with all laws and rules relating to seasons, bag limits, transportation of firearms or archery equipment, trespass, and all other applicable provisions.
  • Permit is valid for a period of one year, unless permit laws are amended before its expiration.
  • Permit must be in possession while hunting from a motor vehicle.
  • Permit is valid only when fully completed, signed by a physician licensed to practice in Minnesota, and the duplicate copy has been submitted to the Dept. of Natural Resources Office closest to your home residence.
  • Completed and signed permit form (duplicate copy only) must be returned to the indicated DNR Regional office location.

Application And Disability Permit

PERMIT CONDITIONS

  • Permittee must comply with all laws and rules relating to seasons, bag limits, transportation of archery equipment, trespass, and all other applicable provisions.
  • Permit is valid for a period of two years, unless permit laws are amended before its expiration.
  • Permit must be in possession while hunting with crossbow.
  • Permit is valid only when fully completed, signed by a physician licensed to practice in Minnesota, and the duplicate copy has been submitted to the Dept. of Natural Resources Office closest to your home residence.
  • Completed and signed permit form (duplicate copy only) must be returned to the indicated DNR Regional office location. .
