POINT SYSTEM FOR ALL PCBA HUNTS
For
each year a hunter applies for a specific hunt and is
not drawn, he will earn one preference point. When you
are drawn for that specific hunt then you will go back
to zero points for the next year event on that specific
hunt only. If you draw and are unable to make the hunt
then you will keep your points. The only exception is
for the Wyoming Antelope hunt drawings since the hunters
must apply for their license and we can’t use an
alternate hunter. The same would hold true for an
alternate hunter who is used to hunt. The number of
hunters for a particular hunt with the most points will
be drawn first to hunt, then the alternates for the hunt
(If alternates are used on that hunt).
EXAMPLE: If a hunter has applied for five previous
year’s hunts, then they would have accumulated 5 points
heading into the next event, if they have never been
drawn. If they apply for the next hunt they would be
drawn before anyone with fewer points. If a hunter has
applied the last three years only, then they will have
only 3 points at this time and so on.
The
hunters who hunted the previous hunt will go back to
zero points. If they apply next year, then they will
begin accumulating points again. This would ensure that
everyone would have an opportunity to come to the hunt
and eliminate the same hunters from being lucky enough
to be drawn each year or every few years. Other hunters
will have the opportunity to experience PCBA events.
All
PCBA hunt rules will be strictly followed with NO
Exceptions! Breaking of any hunt rules will deem
that person as not being allowed to enter into any
future PCBA hunts or drawing.
